The Delta Collective is an all-female theatre company and creative collective, founded in London by five young actors from varied backgrounds.
Alongside producing theatre, we are a collaborative group spanning all aspects of the theatre and film industries. The name ‘Delta’ comes from the concept of a geographical delta - any location where tiny streams and tributaries all come together to form one large body of water. Like our namesake, we exist to connect and strengthen actors and creators by facilitating professional-level workshops, sharing advice and guidance from industry professionals, and helping them discover new ways of working with energetic, ambitious peers.
Our workshops with industry professionals cover topics from screen casting, Chekhov, film production, digital integration in theatre and much more. Workshops are based at the National Theatre, The Cockpit, and Theatre Royal Haymarket and many other interesting venues. We also organise the more informal and ongoing Scene Study classes, offering actors and writers a weekly platform to try out new ideas and exercise old skills in a playful, focused environment.
